Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is included with the VIP pass?

A. VIP Tickets include: Exclusive VIP access to Show Events, One-on-One’s with Vendors, Drink & Food Tickets ($20 Value). Only a limited amount of VIP tickets available.

Q. What do I need to become a vendor?

A. Any reputable local business’s are invited to apply to become a vendor. Travel Vendors need to have a valid IATA number and/or be apart of ACTA (Association of Canadian Travel Agencies)

Q. What time should I go?

A. Doors open at 1pm and stay open until 8pm. We have made the event a full day filled with excitement so if you come for the entire time you will see new shows, can enjoy food and drinks and get the most of the Travel Show.

Q. What time is my workshop?

A. Your time will be on your tickets. Please arrive 10 minutes earlier.

Q. Where is my workshop?

A. On the tickets it will say the room plus at the show we will have clear directions in case of room changes.

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. Yes refunds are issued until 30 days prior to the event. Please use the contact form.
