Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Edmonton Travel Show.
If you wish to apply please fill out the Vendor Registration Form below.
Allow 48 hours for approval.
Payments must be made to confirm your spot.

All payments are 100% refundable 30 days prior or if the show is cancelled. 

Vendor Pricing Information

1 Day Vendor Booth Cost: $750 +GST SOLD OUT

Join local and international vendors showcasing their products/brand to avid Edmonton travelers.
After your registration is approved one of our team members will contact you for payment, to choose your day & for more details about your brand to help promote it before and during the event.
You must have at least 1 person attending your booth between 11am-4pm both days. All vendors can offer an exclusive show incentive bookable via our Travel Gurus booking stations. (must be commissionable)
Includes Vendor Booth with table & chairs, Drape, Power (request) & access to our on location booking station.


2 Day Booth Sponsorship: $1200+GST

This includes a Vendor Booth for both days. All vendors can offer an exclusive show incentive bookable via our Travel Gurus booking stations. (must be commissionable) After your registration is approved one of our team members will contact you for payment & for more details about your brand to help promote it before and during the event.

Includes Vendor Booth with table & chairs, Drape, Power (request) & access to our on location booking station.


2 Day Booth Gold Sponsorship: $1800 +GST SOLD OUT

*Exclusive to max 3 Vendors

This includes a Vendor Booth as above & sponsorship of one of our workshops.  The workshop allows you to directly target attendees with a presentation and offering an exclusive show incentive. After your registration is approved one of our team members will contact you for payment & for more details about your brand to help promote it before and during the event.

Includes Workshop, Vendor Booth with table & chairs, Drape, Power (request) & access to our on location booking station.


2 day Booth Platinum Sponsorship: $2500 +GST SOLD OUT

*Exclusive to max 2 Vendors

This includes a Vendor Booth, main partner show sponsorship with banners & one page ad in our attendee passports and an exclusive workshop that allows you to directly target attendees with a presentation and offering an exclusive show incentive.  Main partner sponsorship comes with full platform marketing as the valued partner of the show.  After your registration is approved one of our team members will contact you for payment & for more details about your brand to help promote it before and during the event.

2 Day Satellite Vendor Booth: $1300+GST SOLD OUT

Can’t make the show but want your brand represented? Let us do the work! Send us your show kits and will assign an exclusive member of our team to maintain your presence and promote your brand at the Edmonton Travel Show.
Includes Vendor Booth with table & chairs, Drape, Power (request) & access to our on location booking station.


Grand Prize Sponsorship – Blanket Coverage SOLD OUT
*Exclusive to 1 Vendor

Get exclusive main sponsorship, private workshop and preferred marketing services. Sponsor to provide all expenses paid round trip flights & accommodations for our Grand Prize (Luxury All Inclusive Trip for 2) Sponsorship includes Workshop, Vendor Booth with table & chairs, Drape, Power (request) & access to our on location booking station. Vendor Registration Request

  • Please note that you will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of your approval. New Vendors will have to pay in full to secure their spot. All sponsorships are fully refundable up to 60 days prior or if event gets cancelled.
  • Our event has been able to help local charities year over year and your contribution is essential to make this happen this year. Any prize helps, from a small gift card to a flight pass. 100% of these proceeds go to our local charity run raffle. The last 2 years we raised over $15,000 to the Ronald McDonald House Local Charities. This is not mandatory so feel free to skip out. Please email us the details of this prize at least 10 days prior to be included in our marketing.
  • No worries if you don't have the details yet, this is a friendly reminder. Get great ROI by participating in our on location bookable program. Your deal will be able to be bookable at our booking station at the show. Must be commissionable. Please send your details to us as soon as you have it ready. Any deals/promotions not sent within 10 days of the event will not be included.
  • Returning vendors? Tell us what you would like to see better this year? New vendors? Tell us how we can help create a great return on your investment.
  • Please enter your promo code if applicable and your amount will be adjusted once your application is approved.
  • By agreeing to this conditions you understand you are applying to be apart of the Edmonton Travel Show 2021. If approved you will receive a confirmation invoice that must be paid to secure your spot at the show. All payments are 100% refundable 60 days prior or if the show is cancelled.
